Nice work Bill. I thought jay and I were moving pretty good and we still came up short.

Keeping a good consistent pace on the row was hard. Definitely the challenge for me on this one. Had to no rep myself on one wallball on each of the first three rounds and two on the last. Went close to unbroken. Had to give myself a little reset on the last set because I missed two in a row but didnt put the ball on the ground.
14:11 rx. undone was my undoing. first round i went 1:34 and unbroken and i was undone for rounds 2-4.
12:18 Rx. Unbroken on the WBs. Maybe had a little more to give on the row. Was great having Dave S there. Made it so we refused to break ok WBs. Love the push.
Undone- 14:13 RX (broke WB’s into 10-10-5 with 3 count break between each. Stayed consistent all the way through.
14:57 RX – Went out fast on first round of row. Prob should have paced myself a bit better over all 4. Wall balls felt good. 15/10 first 2 rds, 18/7 3rd, unbroken on 4th
Undone: 17:49 10# split the wall balls 12/13 ea round. Once again seeing the value of my pre-WOD runs/rows in terms of breathing and endurance – huffin’ on the asthma puffer 1x vs 2x – 3x on these cardio WODs. Nice working along side Nick and Dave today – good job you guys!

12:24 Rx. Too slow on WB’s, goal was unbroken and no fails, achieved both but may have hurt time. Great push chasing Jay. Looking at Bill’s rows, maybe we could have pushed the row a little more.

Undone — around 12:00? can’t remember my time. Anyway, 12# wallballs, 3 rounds
14:50 with 35# push press instead of wall balls. Kept my rows around a 2:15-2:20 pace, which is my brain’s sweet spot. Had to rest a bit before the push presses and also had to break them up, but pretty happy with how I mostly kept moving through it. Not saying today was progress, but at least it didn’t set me back.
14:17 w 20# .. Ouch .. Rows were all between 1:58 and 2:05– wallballs were all 15/10.. Fought hard to hold those sets in last 2 rounds
