Worked out here in SC again today (http://www.crossfit843.com/). Today, the WOD was “Annie” + “Bradley”.

“Annie” – 11:29 (with lots more singles than double unders – here, they say 3:1 if you’re doing singles so that is the mix I did)
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
2)
“Bradley” – 35:12 (12 seconds over the 35:00 cap)
10 rounds for time of:
Sprint 100 meters
10 Pull-ups (red band assist)
Sprint 100 meters
10 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
Perfect Situation — 5 rounds +14 reps. TTB and attempts in the 1st round, KU the rest of the way. Red band assist on pullups.
Perfect Situation- 4+3 I’m not going to RX this WOD, although I would like to. I had a few No Reps on the T2B where one foot made it and the other one welllll DIDN’T COUNT =NO REP
PU- Yes on all rounds but had to fight for a few to get my chin over the bar and some were a little short. = DIDN’T COUNT = NO REP….

Perfect situation – 6+6 rx. I had to no rep myself 3 times on TTB.
5+7 signle strict pull up most of the WOD.
Did this at the lake this morning under the watchful eye of my wife, ready to no rep me at any opportunity.
