“Last Request” – 22:48 @35# DB. elbows sore so I scaled – felt good to move a bit faster. I started on the DBs so was able to push extra hard on the last row (~1:35 splits)

Getting to DB for 5:30am is getting easier – hooray for 9pm bed time;)

Last Request 20:27 Rx – great class. Jason, I had extra rest from yesterday…you set quite a pace for that last set of DB’s, very motivating.

Jim was on a mission. His pace was the only thing that kept me grabbing the DBs. But he was even nastier on the dips.

Last Request — 28.18, 25# DB, red band on ring dips. This was tough for me today — absolutely no gas on the rowing and I thought my left arm was going to fall off on the DBs. It could tell right away during the warmup that I did not have it today and I’m just glad I was able to grind through the whole thing with no half-ass reps. Thanks Kate for pushing me hard.
