Skill Practice – Handstand Walking and Holds
Register for the run, everyone! It’s a hella good time. Even if you’ve never done a 5k before…if you’ve survived a CrossFit class, you are more than prepared. Walking breaks are totally fine and I take them when I run races with Lucy (she will probably be doing this one again this year). And there’s a medal…yes, everyone gets a medal!
Yes Sara! Annie and Katie are also running the 5K, so we’ll all be putt-putting around the course with you. Any and all are welcome to join our crew!
Yeah, WE will be putt-putting…Annie will be all “see you at the finish line!”

Shake it off: 14:30 – I did my first (and second and third…) legless climbs today. The WOD devolved quickly, but I stuck with legless attempts (3) for each round. Anyway, Scott Wolf killed it.

16:10 (I think) started off easy for first 5 legless climbs, then my grip failed on #6. I made 4 attempts at #6 then used legs to finish 6,7 & 8.
“Shake it off” 17:54. Did the first 7 legless without a failure until the very last one, I was maybe a foot away from the top on the first attempt, did not get that close again…
“Shake It Off” 17:05 with 3 rope leg climbs/each round,, New favorite WOD- next to Helen… I tried a legless rope climb but I just couldn’t hold with my left arm, the right I could hold.. Crazy how one side is stronger then the other… Nice job 8:30..
