Clean: 225. Legs were feeling sticky from some squatting yesterday, so I decided to power clean. Previous 1 RM was 210. Blew by it today!
Bench: 205. 10lb PR
OHS: 165. 15lb PR
Very happy with three huge PR’s today! Just goes to show how effective our programming is!

Thank you Marissa and Lynette for the push during the 1st WOD!! Kate – you’re the best (autocorrect had that “best” as “beast” – my iPhone may know you!) thank you for the extra time and workout!!

Love these “bro sesh” days. With Keith “Strong Man” Meliones: 265# clean. No attempt at bench (too much stress on my shoulders). 225# OHS. No PRs but felt good, safe, strong. I’ll take it.

Wasn’t able to come in yesterday. Just did this at home. OHS 175# I had more in the tank for the squat but got stuck trying to snatch it overhead. Clean- 235# 20lb PR!!! And, 225# bench press; which isn’t a PR but it’s the most I’ve lifted in a few years!
