Great energy this morning. Big thanks to AK and Erica for pushing me on those final cleans. Had to scale the reps on the squat clean. Just could’t get 5 done in a minute.

liked this one….and i was squatting while warming up. not comfortable with squat cleans at this point..so did power cleans at 185, and did all strict HSPU. got through the first 7 rds of hspu all straight sets, had to break up the last set to 5-3-2.

Earthquakey” 45# power cleans( sore back) all sets unbroken, bench HSPUs, last round needed 10# plate,just couldn’t get my head to ground! , box jumps -rounds 1-4 15 jumps 5 stepups, rounds 5-7- 5 jumps, 10 stepups, round 8 all jumps! (Soft box)
Earthquakey – 85#, kipping hspu felt good 8 rounds unbroken then last 2 rounds 8-2.Started rebounding some box jumps too.
Earthquakey – not sure I like Mel working out again, the WODs are cranking up;-)
165# (5,5,3,3,3,3,4,5), HSPU(10,10, 5,5,5,5,5,7), BJ 15×8. Should have kept the squat cleans at 5, but I looked at the board and let myself off the hook.

Earthquakey – 60# HSPU 3AB’s I have to No-REP myself on 2 rounds of HSPU..
Earthquakey 75#, HSPU-3AM+10#plate (damn long arms!), 24″ step ups

Earthquakey — all 8 rounds rx and with deficit HSPU — rounds 7 & 8 were a gut check
Earthquakey- 95#, HSPU with 1 abmat and 10lb plate and 20″ box jumps.
530 crushed it.. So much fitness!!
Earthquakey- 185# (5,5,5,5,5,3,3,4), 4 HSPU’s per round (I think my first WOD that I didn’t use an abmat), mixed box jumps and step ups. I really liked that WOD! There were some powerhouses at the 5:30 tonight. Nice work by everyone!
Earthquakey 55#, bench PUs w/1 ab mat, 20″ step ups. I did this 24min WOD in 23:45 so yeh, BOOM

155 lb Cleans and kind of squats, 2 ab mats for HSPU’s but did the box jumps!

Earthquakey – 85#, all hspu kipping unbroken, rebounded some of box jumps (3 no reps). Goal was form for me in squat cleans. Still working on my first pull.
Back after yet another trip away. Need to get back into a pattern. Did this with Brian at 135#. One ab mat strict for first 5 rounds. rounds 6-8 had some kips. rounds 9-10 were to 2 ab mats. This was a fun, but very tough wod.
