14:01 rx. was great to be lined up next to andrew, getting a constant push from him. i was ahead the whole time, until halfway through the 9th round of cleans… Andrew went all Rich Froning-esque on me, picked up the pace, and destroyed me. good job buddy.
2 months ago, this wod wouldve made my knee swell like a pumpkin. today it just fired up my quads to the point i almost fell down getting out of my car at work. 5 weeks off from below parallel worked beautifully.
