4×400 2:15, 2:10, 2:12, 2:10 1000 5:54 4×200 :55, :55, :55, :58 (sucked truck fumes on return 100 on last run) hypothesis: gluten affects asthma negatively….unofficial results: after 8 months of experimenting, I can confirm this to be true!!
