This is my first time doing Amanda Rx and I’ll take it as a big PR. When we did this on 7/1, it took me 15:04 and I did banded muscle ups. 3 seconds slower today but with the actual movements is progress. Great morning!
16 n’ change Rx. a couple mins off my pr. two things I need to remember for next time.
1. the first set of snatches feels like dog sh!t… and the more I warm up, the better I think it will feel.
2. I have a real problem with squat snatching in a small space. find some real estate so you don’t worry about hurting anyone.
failed 4-5 of my first 10 squat snatch attempts. then had no failures the rest of the way. Today was a mental battle… I felt like I won a fight by finishing.
Congrats to everyone who had new personal records… the beginnings of a great weekend!
7:45 rx — still a PR but didn’t feel as smooth as it should, struggled with the MU more than usual today
10:09 rx. 3+ minute pr. Singles on snatches. Muscle ups were 9, 3+2+2, 3+2. No failed attempts and big pr getting 9 linked.

9:03 rx. 1:30 off PR, but I got fitter today. MUs were the limiter today. MUs: 5/1/2/1, 3/1/1, 2/1/1/1. Snatches: singles

13:00 95#. I started at 105 and no repped too many, muscle ups were quickish singles.
