“Death By 10 Meter”
Minute 1: Run 10 Meters
Minute 2: Run 20 Meters
Minute 3: Run 30 Meters
Minute 4: Run 40 Meters…
Continue to increase distance by 10 meters every minute. Once you cannot complete the designated meters in the minute, take a 1 minute break and start from the beginning. Your score will be the highest minute you completed in the first round. There is a 25 minute cap.
*Note: We will be inside and running between two cones 10 meters apart (shuttle style.)

5/25/13 19+17 @ CFNE Rig to Wall (Standard was foot had to cross line at rig and you had to touch wall with hand and could push off 😉 A little hard to compare with different standards…
2 strategies that work for me: 1) pace from the beginning – meaning gradually increase speed during the meters so you don’t FLY+die in rounds 7-12. 2) break down your steps and pivot to face the direction you will be running before you touch the ground so you can accelerate into the next 10m.

16 (14+13 last time) please with the improvement. Not sure why I stopped running at the end, wasn’t sure what lap I was on and when I realized I did complete 16 we were already well into the next minute….
