Sunday Afternoon Shenanigans! What fun!
Happy Sunday Surprise! Got an hour of disciplined mobility and PT in after WODing with some friends at CFNE.
OTM 24
Min 1: 1 rd Cindy – Mod to 5 band pull aparts (single red side), 8 supermans, 15 air squats
Min 2: max cal row – avg 12 cals.
Min 3: 25 ab mat sit ups
Victory: First shoulder pulling movements in a little over a week. Slow and steady.
Defeat: Tweaked left quad again. Back to the mods for lower body.
Rehab is the most mentally, physically and emotionally challenging part of any training. I’m working to keep my focus on what areas I GET to work on instead of the injured areas.

Got some work in toward my 2015 goal of being able to do Wods like Amanda and Isabel RX at 135.
Today’s wod: 20 min up ladder of squat snatches @135/ Bar MU’s. Got 5+2. Prior to today my squat snatch pr was 135, so getting a bunch of reps today was huge!
