5k xc ski – 2k in the woods and 3k of a loop in the field by our house. Omg I love snow sports! Can’t wait to get out and snowshoe this afternoon. 🙂

Worked my ORM on 3 lifts. C&J 265# PR BY 40#. Snatch 175# tied my PR. Need to work technique on that one. Deadlift 425# PR by 20#.

Endurance WOD: Row 40 min, every 2 min paced, 3rd min speed 8130 m Goal Work: Blu Band Strict Pull Ups sets 1-4 3 straight, 5-7 2 straight – will take it after all the shoveling yesterday and the 40 min row today….I think I finally understand the meaning of “my shoulders are smoked”
First time doing “Nate” rx’d- 11+7
1 hr PT then hit up the pool to test the shoulder: 3x10min 2min rest 😀
