Open 14.4 — 178 (75# cleans, 14#wb, KU). Off the rower in 3:44 thanks to some nice tips from Willis. And I think Brett’s total reps this am was 180, not 110
Open WOD 14.4: 183 RX I rep short of last year. Pretty bummed I wasn’t able to PR. Last year I attacked the T2B in bigger sets, tried smaller faster sets this time. The sets of 5 ended up being a lot slower. Couldn’t stay on the bar for the cleans. Definitely looking to hit this one again. I know I can beat 184, just wasn’t there today.
Open 14.4 – 181 with that “1” being a C2B pull up. Improvement from 156 during the open last year. T2B have come a long way in a year, as have cleans. And I was good with the 60cals in 2:51.

VT WOD #2 – 5 rounds of 30 mountain climbers, 15 v ups, then 10 rounds of 10 jumping ball squats and 10 hand release push ups, then 5 rounds of 20 walking lunge steps with 20 lb plate and 20 med ball cleans. last tabata sit ups. posting these for anyone else who is traveling this week with minimal equipment. if anyone else has fun travel wods, please share!!!

Had about 1:20 left for muscle ups. Gave it 4 or 5 tries but just couldn’t get one today. I was a bit faster through the wod up until this point than last year though.
