Diddy – treated this like more of a handstand walk skill/practice session. Got some awesome help and advice from Kate last night with this and today I walked on my hands for the first time! I’m really fired up! HS walks have been a goal of mine for a while and they are really starting to click!

Deadlifts: 195#, Diddy: 3 rounds- attempted walks to wall. Thanks to Mel for her perfect cues that helped me with the handstand walks today! such a fun workout!
Deadlifts 105# First time over 100!!!! Thanks for the push Mel! -Diddy 4 rounds, handstand holds, 3 rounds pistols then couldn’t get low enough finished with air squats- pure awesomeness with all the handstand walks in there at 9:30 – you guys rock!!!

Diddy – just shy of 3 rounds at cap. roughly 10 attempts at handstand walk. By second set, just tried to focus on the freestanding handstand rather than a walk. Gonna take some work. Pistols were shaky today too. Definitely good to practice both!
