Great working with you Sam, you killed it. Never above 1:30 on your side (6:16 on the 2K), and you FLEW on the burpee box jumps. Take you as a partner any time.

“Getting faster” each set did not happen, I seem to only have one speed for a 200.
Let’s get it- I did this solo with a few MOD’s.. 65# round one 55# two and three. GHD/SU … No row and No Burpees.. In other words no hard cardo for the next few weeks… I’m going to enjoy this time, however when It’s time to lean out and Cardo is back in my life, I’m sure I’ll be sucking wind with Fran lung…. Can’t wait!

Brought a friend, Ruthanne, who had to leave early so scaled the row to 1K and then got through 2 rounds at 35#. I finished the last 3 rounds at 65# with a “phantom” partner and then rowed two more 250s with a minute break in between. So Amanda and Ruthanne: somewhere around 23:38. Such a fun workout today!
18:??– I was too busy feeling like I was going to die to notice the time w justin as my partner…..way to crush this and push me! Justin did RX I think I did too at #65 but I did burpee step ups instead of jumping
