12:46 195# – 21 & 9 unbroken, 12/3 on 15. I probably could have gone Rx but it felt good to move. Slow steady run, but I was able to run.
“Represent” 105# for the first 7 then went to 85# and went a little deeper and better form. The run was just funny- 100 yards… Rounds 15/9 unbroken..

Represent – 11:59 120lbs. Last time 115lbs 10 something. Increased weight a bit, but time greater than 60 sec longer…..whoops.
15:38 RX – got heavy quick! Slower than last time but last time was only at 205.

Represent – 13:09 55# – this was a running PR! When I last ran 400m (on the 3 minutes, no back squats in between runs) back in December I got scores of 2:24, 2:38, 2:50, 2:55, 2:53, 2:54, and 2:49. Today I only timed my last 400m but it was 2:20, so if I compare it to my third run in December it was 30 seconds faster. And I literally haven’t gone for a run between those two workouts! Thanks DCF for the stellar programming!
