Practiced SOBO Masters Comp WOD 3 with Erica – 152 reps but did 50 SU instead of doubles each round… got through first round of 12.
Open 14.1 RX 2+23 or 25? This is a PR of 20# and a first with DU’s.. Not very good DU’s but I chipped away at them..

6+17 rx. saucey little bunny today. snatches unbroken and dubs were, uh, broken.
197 Reps Rx – able to link some bigger sets of DU’s but still struggled at times, 90 Reps last time we did this with some singles thrown in.
Open 14.1: 5+17 RX. What we have been learning in Barbell Club helped alot today on the snatches. Seemed a lot more easier than awhile ago!
