“Rise Against” 10:31 – 45/ 55/ 60, bike for run 5, 10, 20 calories
Surprisingly a little sore from Dodgeball yesterday. We did our best to represent DCF. I think we finished 5-2 overall and lost in what I believe was the quarterfinals on a very controversial call. Doesn’t help when the referees are 3 sheets to the wind.
“Rise Against” – 13:46 (135# / 155#/ 185#)
Kept it on the lighter side so that I can keep progressing on actually dropping under the bar on the jerk.
The 6 nips of Smirnoff and 1/5 of Jameson the ref was crushing definitely didn’t help us out.

Rise Against – Around 17 minutes or so. 135/185/205 (only successfully hit 1) 135 and 185 felt like nothing! Was shocked at how good the push jerks at 185 went up. Probably shot myself in the foot by not going lighter, but wanted to challenge myself. Only hit 1 out of about 7-8 at 205. Caught a lot of them at the bottom, but was struggling to stay locked out while standing. I think I was just in my own head/ a bit tired. Really fun WOD!

Rise Against That was FUN! Nice morning to run. 12:01, 35#, 45#, 50# Went lighter on C&J but elbow felt good – working on form.
Car trouble kept me from daybreak, turned lemons into lemonade and ran 3.5 miles on trails around wellesley college reservoir. 7:45 avg pace, 2nd mile 7:01! Extra endurance wods paying off, last time I avg 8:30.

18 something, 75/90/105…95… came in for the last 5 at a pretty good time, got one at 105# then failed oh 15 or so then finished it out at 95 🙂 I’m hoping this is one I look back on in a few months and laugh 105 gave me so much trouble!
