Snatches felt great today. Did 4 sets of 5 each time. All singles on the bar mu’s with two failed attempts. Need to start linking these together in wods. Took me almost half my total time to get all 20.

Paranoid – 25:53 RX. Probably my proudest WOD performance in my CrossFit career. Prior to tonight I hadn’t squat snatched more than 125 from the hang. Warm-up felt great, 115 and 125 went up like nothing… so I decided to try 135. Had the intention of doing 10 snatches each set, but once I got going I decided to suck it up and finish it as prescribed. Had 3 or 4 fails which were mentally tough to handle, but pushed through. Went with all singles on the BMU’s to conserve energy for the second set of snatches. Thanks to everyone at the 5:30pm for motivating me. I never would have finished if it wasn’t for you guys! Very grateful for such a supportive community. Really happy with today #pursuebetter

Just wasn’t feeling 135# today. Like Cash, this isn’t my best movement. Bar MU’s were a grind but I got thru them.

Clean Pulls – 2 x 3 @ 185# / 3 x 3 @ 205#
Clean Complex – I did one high hang clean at 160# and my knees were toast. Decided to call it a day and not do these.
