Hey Daybreakers… I’m self mandating a nutrition challenge for the next 30 days (starting TOMORROW and ends Wed 6/3). I’d LOVE for anyone to join me. It’ll go up on the goal board for May.
Same rules as our #pursuebetter challenge (http://daybreakcrossfit.com/2014/09/03/noexcuses-nutrition-challenge/) but each week the penalty will change. This week, per “treat” 50 calories on the erg (that’s a rower). Who’s in?

I’d love to do the nutrition challenge, but not sure how I would modify for being a vegetarian (or if that’s even allowed!) Obviously I’d need to add some dairy, but which kinds?
Keep dairy (yogurt, cheese, milk, etc.) and eggs

SOS: 22:12 @125#. Probably should have tried for 135#, but I think this is the first time i’ve moved 125# in a WOD, and to be honest, I would have done it at 115# if not for Bill and Mel talking me into 10 more.
