255 – 275 – 295 – 305 (fail) – 305. psyched to hit the 305 on the 5th set after failing on the 4th. 3:33 rx on the dubs. 5 or 6 trip ups in the first two minutes killed me
255# 3X on 4th round. 285# twice on last, had to dump the 3rd. Middle 3:51 doing 300 singles.

Back squat – 165# and soooo happy about it. First time in ages I’ve done back squats, and got exactly where I was aiming for before starting. *high five emoji* Then I tried The MIddle, but things weren’t happening so I just did a bunch of burpees instead.

The Middle- 135# 5 x 3 . did 26 reps at the comp at this weight and still so sore. Then 10 full minutes of 50 burpees and double under attempts. Got 80 reps.
