Not my day. Back seized up real bad. Should have bailed in the burpees but didn’t. And didn’t jump and the top. Got to 50. Looked at the 225# and knew it wasn’t smart. Oh well. Another day.

Dropped in at Crossfit RVC near Hanover, NH during an open gym and got this done. 20:00 — i miscounted the box stepovers and did an extra 20 (i think). 135# for the squats (back tightened up)
