75×3 / 85×3 / 95×3 / 105×3 / 115×3 / 125×1 (a few times but I couldn’t hit consecutive touches and go). Still more than twice what I could do when I started almost exactly a year ago.

Modified to 5 calorie bike (each cal = 3 reps) and 15 box jumps @ 20″.
6 rounds plus 5 cals plus 10 box jumps = 205. THAT was a leg smoker.
7 rounds even, except i read the wod wrong and I did 10 reps of the shoulder to overhead
