The Marathon Sports Weston 5 Miler is TONIGHT at 7p. All members are encouraged to sign up. We will meet by the start line at Weston High School at 6:45p. Post race we will head to The Local (Wayland) for some libations. Everyone is welcome! No Barbell Class tonight.

12:12, major MODS – 15# DB, Bench Leg Lifts sub for T2B
13:36 today. Used 35# for GTOH.
Bench 10,8,6,2 up to 185# WOD definitely took some strength out of the max bench.
13:32 (I think) – 20lb DB GTO, otherwise Rx. hatch day 3
15:49 Rx g2oh in sets of 10, sets of 5 on ttb, with the last 10 as fast singles.
Just needed to move faster with the dumbbells.
14:02 — 25# GTO (DBCJ instead of snatches); KU for TTB; 35# walking lunges. Everything moved fast today except for the dumbbells (you really feel it with dumbbells when one arm is clearly stronger than the other!)
