9+3 rx – last time I did this I got 11 rounds with mostly knee push-ups and blue band pull ups so big improvement.

16 Rx – not the best performance, 2 rounds off my PR, but pleased with the unbroken Pull Ups through round 15…

18+5 rx – New PR (last PR was 17 even). Notes for next time: The only break point should be between the pullups and the push ups. Use that time to mark score… Other than that, go from last squat directly to the bar for pullups.

15+5, deficit ring rows for pull-ups (did a few pullups warming up and it felt OK-ish but it didn’t seem smart). All sets of everything unbroken, but definitely a little resting at the top of some of the pushups.

14+12. 7 push-ups per round bc of murph pillow effect on forearms. After 4th round push ups 3-2-2.

Cindy – 10 + 6, green and red bands, push-ups on toes!
9+10 rx. Biggest victory was the pull-ups – first 5 rounds unbroken! Push-ups continue to be my biggest stumbling block on this WOD. Went to singles after round 1. Oooof.
14+3 RX
9+5, green band. After the first 5 push-ups on my toes I realized I’m not ready for that and went to knees.
Cindy 11, modified push ups and green band pull ups ( time to move to harder band)
21+7 rx. 200# snatch at open gym.
13 – switched at 10 min to sit ups vs squats to save for Falmouth. Got 8 rnds in first 10 though, big personal victory for me – first time every with 5 unbroken pull ups each time and also where I wasn’t just aboslutely destroyed on the push ups too. Floated on a cloud all weekend 🙂 Thanks Mel
