19:50 with Sarah. First round 30dua, round 2/3 each did 100 singles.
Many apologies to the 12:30 class for any distraction my daughter caused, and thank you Sarah for being such a good sport!
21:11 with Lee. Lee did 100 singles and moved like a demon on the burpees. I did 30 DUA per round but I was hitting the dubs pretty well today (12-15 in a row multiple times) so I probably should have gone for the 50 dubs per round.
