Drop in at crossfit nantucket. Chelsea: every minute for 30 min, 5pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats.
This is a small gym with not a lot of pullup space so it quickly turned into an Amrap for me due to waiting on the pullup bar. 17 rounds, red band.
Can’t wait to be back at daybreak next week!
