Today’s victories: ran the whole 2 miles without walking, kept my 2k pace steady at 2:15-2:17 for the whole time.

(Run pace was a PR over yesterday’s 5K which was also a PR @ 8:42. I run in the woods so the flat surface helped today. Jump rope is improving but no idea when more consistent SUs or DUs become a reality. Strong kick for last 150 meters of row felt good.)
