Bit of a s&$@show for me this morning at DCF. hit my chin on 2nd rep at 150# jerk = fail. Ironically made me “not feel my face anymore” for a few mins.
WOD at 105# but pulled/strained something in left shoulder/lat on 2nd rep last round of pull ups, so failed to complete WOD. Altogether a poor showing…tomorrow is new day!
