Tried to WOD at Spartan Crossfit but the coach never even showed to open the place for the 9 am. Just a bunch of annoyed looking people sitting in their cars. We should NEVER take the professionaism of Mel, Rap and all our other coaches for granted!

So, after the warm-up I decided to use today’s wod as active recovery, needed it. Looked up my score when I did this for 14.2, and it was 219. I remember I almost puked after it, like really close. I got 1 more rep than that today, and I took my time the whole wod. Snatches were 10/5. SO MUCH PROGRESS at Daybreak. #pursue better
