To all the guys doing this WOD later today – Make sure you wear the tightest compression shorts you have and “organize” yourself before attempting these. Rolling pin to the ding-a-ling is not the way you want to start a Monday.

Got a burpee pull over in warm ups after some very painful attempts….
6+2 Burpee jumping pull ups
2 rounds. 1st round was mix of 5 attempts and 5 pull overs. Second round it click and got 5 pull overs then ripped in both hands then did regular burpees rest of the way.

4+5 pullover attempts – didn’t have it but it was a fun try
