I apologize to everyone in the 6:30 class for my concentration breaking tantrums. Nothing like a full grown man throwing around his crossfit toys (even went into the corner and did a few 30# ball slams in frustration… what a loser!).
Still stuck in the set of 50 at the cap. managed 35, 40, 40, 42, 42, 48 and then everything went to hell and I don’t think I got over 30 for the last 5 minutes. Did a lot of dubs though and got fitter.
Up to 50 then down to 40 – I think if I could’ve gotten the 35 I would’ve been able to make it back down but it wasn’t meant to be. I will get this done next time! I think I probably did north of 500 dubs today with all of my hiccups!
In retrospect the 1..2..3…to 10 and back down ladder may have been a better scaling option.
5,10,15 dus…20…..up and down back to 20 singles and then spent about 4 minutes trying to get the 15,10,5 dus. Never made it past 9 of the set of 15. Gave up at 19:50 before the clock ran out. I couldn’t take it anymore!!! Practice practice practice!!!

Ended up stuck at 20….but I am excited to have gotten 15 in a row.

Took 3 tries to complete 40 up at about 6 mins but my calf let go and I was out for the rest.

45 up. Tried a ton of times to get 50. Just didn’t have it. But best dubs ever anyway.

Used the rest of the time trying to string them together. Got up to 4-5.
