#3goalstobetter CLINIC: Our 10th members-only clinic in our annual series is POWER LIFTING taking place this Sunday, October 30th from 9:00-10:00a during Open Gym. We will still hold Rise-N-Grind from 8:00-9:00a and Open Gym during its normal time of 9:00-11:00a.
At this clinic, we’ll work on helping you train your deadlift, back squat and bench press. We establish heavy single reps for each lift (potentially a new one rep max) plus work accessory movements to these three lift. This clinic is for all members of any skill/athletic level.
