23:09 – Rx Weight (225# from rack) / Rx Climbs
Squats from floor were great until I got to 225#. Failed the clean on 225# 4 times. Need to work on dropping under. Bar was high, just too chicken to pull myself down into that squat.
I got that same comment today about dropping under the bar. There’s something about my self-doubt in the moment that tells me I can’t do it.
You worked hard today though- nice job!

Can do rope climbs but decided to hold static position to strengthen arms and grip for leg less ones. Held for 6 seconds to start and then increased by 2 seconds every time (so made it to 24 seconds).
