WOD Guidance & Goal: xRun 400’s at your 1 mile PR pace. Keep moving through the walking lunges to outrun the lactic acid build up. Aim to complete this workout around 16 minutes

Bah! 22:00 3 rounds 2 rope climbs/round – just didn’t have it tonight. 5th workout + barbell in 5 days…stopped after 11:00 min (2 rounds done), was going to quit at that point, sat for a few minutes and decided I couldn’t quit…did one more round….bah!
