WOD Guidance & Goal:  Treat the 1k row as a buy-in to this workout (3:45-4:15). Keep a steady pace to move through the burpees (2-5min) without any or very few pauses. The handstand push ups are kipping to the floor. Scaling options include strict to abmats or bench handstand push ups. The KB lunges are the workout. Grind out 25′ at a time. Take short breaks.
