WOD Guidance & Goals:
Run the 400’s :10 shy of your 1 mile PR pace. Choose a kettlebell weight that you can overhead lunge for 10 meters with your non-dominant arm. Target 15 minutes.

Liked this one! All lunges unbroken except for 1 round on the left side kB slipped and there was no saving it
28:12: 26# squats; lunges were done with EOR for 3 rounds 18#, 2 rounds 26# walk –> inner knees didn’t feel great during warm-up so I took it easy on the lunges.
