WOD Guidance & Goals:
Coaches will help you build to 75% of your 1 rep max bench press which you’ll hold across for 3 sets. The cash out is a leg and ab burner! You must finish the plate (or sled) push under 1 min then the 20 V-ups under 1 min. Scale meters and reps to fit the stimulus.
