Our First 5:30a Class starts this Thursday and will be immediately followed by a 6:30a class.
This schedule change becomes effective May 1 and will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday. These two classes now replace our 6:00a class on these same days. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday continue to offer only the 6:00a class.

Absolutely crippling this morning, especially when you read the WOD wrong and think it’s odd/even minute.
DNF – Had nothing left after this weekend.

Geez, what a tough workout. 35# and still had to back down to 5 reps of each KB & BJ for minutes 10-18. Last two minutes back at 10/10 left me with nothing but hope that it would end. I’d love to see the real athletes do it Rx – wow.
Oops, forgot that I also went down to 7 box jumps for minutes 6-9 while staying at 10 KB swings.
“Out of Time” 26# Stayed true to LUCKY 7 all rounds! “Box jump” for the first time!! with a couple of plates on the ground-Gotta start somewhere. ( Snatched the KB, I still find this to be the most effective )
