  • Yoga is back on Wednesday 3/25 at 7:30p!
  • Friday Night Lights for Open WOD 15.5 on Friday 3/27 at 5:30p! Sign up at front desk and we’ll assign heats and send off athletes competition style. Immediately following the workouts, we will have a pot-luck dinner (we’ll put sign up sheet out this week) and BYOB social. This will be epic.

10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Minutes 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
... and so on, increasing reps by 2 each 3 minutes until you can no longer complete the 2 rounds.
