Minute 3: Run 30 Meters
Minute 4: Run 40 Meters…
Continue to increase distance by 10 meters every minute. Once you cannot complete the designated meters in the minute, take a 1 minute break and start from the beginning. Your score will be the highest minute you completed in the first round. There is a 25 minute cap.

Did Tuesday’s WOD – “Pressure” (4 x 400m Run with plate 10/8/6/4 ground to overhead w/plate at each corner of the parking lot) in 14:23. And now that I read it, I see that I was supposed to be running with the plate… Silly me set up plates in each corner! Oh well, it was still a good workout even if I didn’t do it quite the same way y’all did on Tuesday.
20+ around 170m. Sore shin/calf from Tuesday, went away the more I ran but back this morning, ouch!
For those tight calves/shins…
Take a lacrosse ball (tennis or a golf ball are good substitutes) and roll it under the arch of your foot. You can be seated or standing for more pressure. Roll the ball front to back then side to side. When you find a tight spot, work it out/dig in!!

Megan says I did 20 + about 190? Is that right? I am second guessing myself now. Should have finished that last round though but I stopped too early at the wrong line (because everyone else was already there ‘resting’). That was a fun workout (really).

19+150. I thought that was a PR, but it turns out that its 40 m shy of my PR from 2011. Regardless, I’m happy about how I did.
