65-75-85-95-105-105-105-115 PR! – attempted 120, failed. Trying to focus on making sure I open my hips completely every time.
Never Say Goodbye: 8:25. I started at 18 reps. I dropped to my knees on about 6 push ups throughout the workout, wish I took a longer rest in the middle of the push up sets so I didn’t have to but my arms are fried regardless!

HPC was so fun today! It felt awesome to get some heavy weights moving around. Happy with my decision to start at 15s on the WOD too – shoulder is already complaining a bit. To stretch!
Hang power clean (believe it was): 75, 105, 105, 105, 125, 125, 125, 125
Never say goodbye…believe it was 5:34 scaled & started at 15…heck I don’t know.
Finished HPC at 135 singles but cheated them as full cleans (no hang). Started at 65 or so. Once I got past 115 I could not pull off the HPC but was working with a stronger athlete and modified to make it work.
Something like 6 minutes on the WOD but scaled to start at 15 reps rather than 21 and had to cheat on ring rows. Pushups were legit but had to split up sets starting with the 9 round.
HPC… Up to 225 singles
NSG… 9 min and change. Hand-release pushups. Elevated ring rows. Struggled to maintain ring row standards in later rounds (didn’t get chest to rings on a few reps). Megan B on the other hand (and other Megan for that matter) held her sh*t together. Nice work lady!
Finished at 185 on hang cleans.

I needed to adjust my positioning on the rings throughout the workout as my form started to decline. Push ups were ok.
