6:00am was fun! 50#
Snatch balance until I pass out. And wall squats.
Worked up to 85# to focus on the drop.
55-60-65-70-75-80-85-90-95-100-105 (failed snatch balance)-85

95-115-135-135-145-145-155-155 (fail balance) -165-175
Balances at heavier weights were sketchy, road a few down.
I’m really impressed that you guys can remember your weight progressions!
All I know is that the last 3 were
150- failed at 155- got it at 155!
