Minute 1 – 1 Pull Up
Minute 2 – 2 Pull Ups
Minute 3 – 3 Pull Ups

And so on, until you cannot complete the designated number of reps within the minute. Once you miss a round, take one minute off then start back at 1 rep. 25 minute time cap.
