5K easy row 20:20ish. Still feeling Fran from Monday. Waiting for the legs to come back.
Not my best showing tonight: took me 13:21 to get through the wall balls. Oh well, I have lots of room for improvement, right? (Did this WOD in the opens as 12.4 and got 159 in 12:00…)
Modified open of 75 wall balls, 45 double unders, 15 pull ups. Total 180. 30 minutes of double under practice which accomplished only 1 double at a time but many whip marks.
Back with Samantha for Crossfit kids: She loved it and had a great time. Wants to go back tomorrow for more.
5k row 24 minutes and change. 15 minutes of DU practice. Actually got two in a row. Awesome day of Crossfit at Daybreak. Thanks Mel for the coaching
