Best of the day, a 5 year old student saying to me “Miss Cherilynn, are you going to keep eating that healthy stuff, like eggs and tuna and grapes? Because I like grapes better than Cheetos, so can I have one of your grapes”.
3 points. Did a WOD on my own at DCF because I wanted to get out quickly due to the snow. 3 rounds of 25 kb swings (26#), 20 sit-ups and 15 push-ups. Finished in around 13 minutes. Glad my push-up capacity is improving!
Oh, great 5 block progenex meal:
3 scoops chocolate recovery
1 banana
1 cup of blueberries
1 2/3 teaspoons peanut butter
1 cup water
1.5 cups ice
Blend into oblivion.
