Light That Never Comes: 13:16 (I think…) with 45# and kipping PUs instead of CTB. This was a post sick-day WOD for me. Still very under the weather. But I came in, worked through all the reps, and just kept the weight light. The pull-ups actually felt good!

9:59 rx (1:08 PR) – Nervous about this one all day. Such a mental WOD for me. Gonna start writing down my sets so I remember for next time. Looked back at my old score and wish I would have remembered what I had done. Won’t do that again:

3 points nut challenge. Got there late for 5:30, hands kind of ripped from Monday, and hamstring not super happy from deads and tabata squats, so decided to row 5k instead. Had no idea what it was going to feel like – was pretty good! 22:25.9. Each 1k split was faster than the previous. And my 5k row is roughly 8 minutes faster than my 5k run. I like rowing.
LTNC I think I saw the light!!! 21:42 95# then 65# after round two. Tough one since I have been back…. Thanks for the support Mel, Rap, Dustin, that one got in my head.. Still feeling great!!!! 3 point day..
