Walking in this morning, I had no clue how I was going to get thru it. Shoveling kicked the crap out of me the other day and I was the whiniest baby all day yesterday. Pushed myself to get up this morning and I’m happy I did, otherwise, I would have whined all day today too.

Happy w/ this overall. Box jumps were steady pace, run was active recovery and I managed to get thru all 5 sets of wall balls unbroken.

Still recovering from my cold, which I think is a sinus infection. So, not up for this big sexy metcon today. Worked on strength at home with 50 dead hand pull-ups (split into two sloooow sets of 25) and 50 push-ups.
