Live Your Life: 5:42 – I was so excited to get kipping t2b in the first two rounds, but it deteriorated from there, all the way to weak singles. It’s definitely something to work on..
Live your Life (aka holy crap I still have a lot of work to do to get my shoulder strong again): 8:51 rx. On the upside: the volume training I’ve done with pushups is paying off, because I got all those straight. TTB, not so much. 49 singles, coming off the bar between almost every single one.
