This WOD is dedicated to Sara Brown. Sara is 39 weeks pregnant and has been doing CrossFit throughout her pregnancy nearly every single day. Her times, movements, and over all attitude are inspiring. Did you know that Sara did the workout “Fran” 8 months pregnant AND PR’d?! Just amazing.
“Knocked Up”
4 Rounds:
10 Box Jumps, 24″
10 Pull Ups
10 Burpees
10 Air Squats
10 Calorie Row
Rest 1 Minute
*Bring an extra large t-shirt. We will duct tape a medicine ball under the shirt to try and mimic how Sara feels!

This was not easy. I think I definitely take it for granted just how hard Sara works and has worked to stay healthy for herself and our family during the pregnancy. I’m glad men don’t have to give birth!

Knocked Up: First I have to say Sara you are my hero. You are a true rock star with how hard you have been working at staying healthy. All I can say is please do not have another baby in the next few years as I hope not to see this work out again for a LONG time. 15:33 10# baby girl delivered on the floor next to the rower. I left her on Mel and Rap’s door step in a basket to take care of.
